Meet Our Chief Medical Officer:
Dr. Praveen Arla

He has been on the front lines during the COVID19 pandemic providing help with policy and telehealth expertise as well participating in giving free COVID19 testing for the community during the protests. He has intimately been apart of caring for COVID19 positive patients in the both the ICU and outpatient medical settings.
His expertise in health care and medical technology has been useful in shaping policy both on local and national levels. Aside from working closely with Kentucky legislators on state health care initiatives as a 10 year medical director at the health department, Dr. Arla served as a speaker on behalf of President Barack Obama’s Office of National Drug Control Policy in 2010. He was awarded the Kentucky Narcotics Officer’s Award in 2012, in part, for the policy initiatives developed during his time working in legislation. He also sits on the board of University of Louisville Health and awarded Louisville’s Business First 40 under 40 in 2018.
Dr. Arla completed his medical training at Rush University in Chicago in 2009. In addition, he has earned a master’s degree in public health
